Skylark Capital Fund I provides senior convertible note financing to vetted companies as they move from private ownership to the public markets (including OTC, NASDAQ or NYSE). Our deal flow comes from within the Skylark Ventures ecosystem, with heavy involvement in the businesses we support. Our focus is on construction and home services companies where we can drive growth in both EBITDA and valuation multiples.
