We help founders grow from small business owner to enterprise entrepreneur through our accelerator program, portfolio of brands, and capital fund.
There are basic startup groups and high-end VC accelerators out there, but very few organizations can bridge the gaps between those points and turn promising leaders into successful 8- and 9-figure exits.
At Skylark Ventures, we take select founders through a program that includes MBA-level education, real-world strategic application, and key relationship building. The result is simple to understand: When you know the right thing to do, at the right time, with the right people, your business can achieve the kind of wealth-building, exponential growth that you have always known is possible.
While some founders who apply to work with us go directly into our portfolio, most of our founders start as members in our accelerator program.
Member Companies
As a Member Company in our accelerator program, we prepare you and your business to grow, scale up, and successfully exit.
As part of the program, you will access MBA-level guidance on everything from leadership to accounting, operations to finance, and branding to sales, which will give you the right foundation to go from growing to scaling.
In addition to the right knowledge, you will gain access to the right people to help you on your journey. You’ll get one-on-one executive coaching where you will tackle obstacles ranging from customer service to legal challenges, marketing campaigns to accounting restructures, and everything in between. You’ll also get access to qualified advisors in legal, accounting, finance, wealth management, and more, who are there to help you build generational wealth.
You can spend as little as 4 hours per month on your accelerator experience if life gets busy, or you can choose to spend much more time learning and growing as your needs change. Within a few short months, you will have a personalized strategic roadmap to transform your business into a sellable asset, and we will give you all the tools, knowledge, and relationships you need to successfully exit.
Portfolio Companies
As a Portfolio Company, our management team will partner with you as an equity founder and key executive, usually serving in the capacity of CEO, COO, CMO, CSO, or similar.
As part of that experience, we will implement a business management system, do a full legal and HR audit, update accounting procedures, create sales and marketing campaigns, restructure operations, install key legal and finance personnel, and ultimately prepare the company for an 8- or 9-figure exit either to private equity, to a strategic buyer, or to the public markets (reverse merger, IPO, or similar).
Portfolio Companies are invited to become true partners because they have an excellent leader, the right business model for a scale-and-sell strategy, and the cash flow to execute the plan. While Skylark Ventures selects very few Members for this opportunity, every Member will know what they need to accomplish to at least be eligible to become a Portfolio Company.
